Class Descriptions

Aquatic Fitness Keep cool in the summer; heat up in the pool in the winter!  Aqua Aerobics is appropriate for all fitness levels and you don't need to be a swimmer.  Water resistance strengthens muscles and reduces impact stress to bones and joints.  Try a class today! 
Group Kick Group Kick brings it on!  This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence!  Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling.  Group Kick will knock you out!

Get your body moving to the beat with basic, but not boring dance-based choreography.  Increase cardiovascular fitness, improve footwork and agility, and develop strength and balance through dynamic movement!!!

Group Power Group Power is your hour of power!  This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover Group Power!
ABC=ABS, BUTTS & CYCLING Rip your abs (strengthen your back), target your hams and glutes(plus some quads), and end with calorie busting cardio cycling!!!
Yoga Fitness A challenging flow of yoga poses created and linked by breath.  Postures build strength, endurance and aerobic capacity.  For those wanting a more relaxing experience try Gentle Flow Yoga.
Karate Featuring Shotokan Karate.  Appropriate for all levels.
TAI CHI The physical action of Tai Chi practice is designed to increase the range of movement in the joints and unblock muscular tension, therefore enhancing the circulation of Chi so that it can move effortlessly through the body.
Group Cycling

Drop in or reserve your bike up to 2 days in advance.  Enjoy the experience of cycling indoors with an instructor led group.  All classes are open to participants 13 to adult.  Each participant is in control of the intensity of his or her ride.  All fitness levels.  Cycling Express - 35 minute Group Cycling Class. 
Silent Cycling - Digital FM radio with headphones provided.
