Tuesday, August 24th is Small Group Training Day!  Complimentary All DAY-

Sign-up at the front desk for SGT Fundamental Training at one of the following times:  6:00 a.m, 9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Try Small Group Training One Time on Us!!!  After your first session you may drop-in for $10 a session or upgrade your membership to include unlimited SGT.

More Information and Schedule

Small Group Fundamental – Individualized conditioning exercises using bands, medicine balls, hand weights, etc. effective for all fitness levels.   Learn results- based cardio plan and progress through our programs under the direction of your Personal Fitness Trainer.

Small Group Dynamic – After completion of Small Group Fundamental training, functional core strength training and interval training for caloric expenditure are the focus in Small Group Dynamic. Upon successfully completing your specified program in Small Group Dynamic training, progress to other program offerings under the direction of your Personal Fitness Trainer.


 No Classes Labor Day Weekend beginning with 4:30 p.m. Friday, September 3rd through Monday, September 6th.
