Enlist today in a program proven to provide results Sun Oaks' fitness Boot Camp, instructed by personal trainer Justin Miller, guarantees results without gimmicks. Boot Camp combines elements of cardio-strength training and functional metabolic fitness in a timed interval circuit format. Incinerate calories like you never have before Push your body beyond its comfort zone to achieve amazing results Boot Camp is 45 minutes and runs twice a week for 6 weeks. All sessions will be offered an additional Saturday training session. See below. Cost is $55 for members for the six week session. Add $10 for additional and optional Saturday training session.
